The export and restore below run entirely on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you add a passkey on the Account page and turn sync on.
Press Ctrl+K anywhere on the site to search your Trip Journal, Workout Log, Garden and Maintenance entries alongside the pages. That search reads this device and nothing else, and it only ever reads — it never edits or removes what it finds.
Deleting here removes the only copy — export first if you are not sure.

Units & format, notifications, and syncing to your other devices all live on Account, and each stays off until you turn it on. When two devices sync after edits made apart, the newest edit wins and both sides' additions are kept.
